Identity of the Data Controller As ATK Textile Industry and Trade Joint Stock Company (ATK Textile), we are committed to utmost sensitivity in ensuring the security and confidentiality of your personal data and sensitive personal data. With this awareness, we attach great importance to the preservation and confidentiality of all kinds of personal data of our customers in the best possible way and with care as ATK Textile. With full awareness of this responsibility, we process your personal data within the framework of the legislation, including the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law") and other relevant legislation, as the Data Controller, as explained below.

To provide ATK Textile's products and services, perform post-sales services, increase customer satisfaction, evaluate and respond to complaints and suggestions, including marketing, advertising, discounts, promotions, information, communication, sending commercial electronic messages (with your consent), perform statistical analysis, maintain customer records, issue invoices for the products and services provided by us, and ensure payments, ensure the security of stores and workplaces, fulfill legal and regulatory requirements, provide necessary information to official authorities upon their request and inspection, ensure data security, carry out research, analysis, reporting, control, audit, etc. within the scope of retail services, development, compliance with legal regulations and ATK Textile rules and policies, and similar purposes.

In addition, your aforementioned personal data may be processed in accordance with the second legislation, tax legislation arising from the Turkish Code of Obligations, Turkish Commercial Code, Law on the Protection of Consumers, Distance Contracts Regulation, tax legislation, and other compulsory cases required by competent public authorities, and other legislation, may be transferred to ATK Textile's physical archives and information systems, and may be kept both in digital and physical media.

Transfer of Personal Data Your personal data may be transferred to relevant regulatory and supervisory public institutions and organizations (Ministry of Finance, Revenue Administration, Turkish Statistical Institute, courts, banks, etc.), independent auditors, banks, domestic and foreign-based digital marketing companies that we benefit from their services, cargo companies, e-invoice companies, software and hardware support companies, archive companies, social media platforms such as Google, Facebook, business partners including lawyers, consultants, etc., suppliers, ATK Textile shareholders, and other companies deemed appropriate by ATK Textile, within the scope of the Law and other legislation, and limited to the reasons necessitating the transfer and due to this reason;

Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection Your personal data may be collected for the establishment and/or performance of the contract, as envisaged in the laws, legal obligation, legitimate interests of the data controller, or protection of rights. Your personal data can be processed and transferred through all kinds of verbal, written, or electronic means, including customer interviews when you visit our stores or workplaces; requests made through e-mail, cargo, or our call center, applications submitted through our website, social media, text messaging, etc., camera recording systems in our stores and workplaces, through applications and software used within the scope of Company activities; it may be processed and transferred within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, and the purposes specified in articles 2 and 3 of this Information Notice.

Your Rights Regarding the Protection of Personal Data Within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data; you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if your personal data has been processed, learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose, know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, request deletion or destruction of your personal data, request notification of the transactions made in this context to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems, in case of damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data, request the compensation of the damage.

Within the scope of the Law, you can submit your applications regarding your personal data to ATK Textile using one of the following channels, by ensuring the verification of your identity;
